Epoxy polish polishing paste

15.61

New product line for specific polishing in the plastics and resin sector.

EpoxyPolish Cream is designed to polish resin surfaces at one stage.

It is also ideal for quickly removing medium oxidation, light scratches, stains and other minor defects from resin surfaces.

This polish removes traces left with the P1500 or finer abrasive and leaves stains without a bright finish even on darker surfaces that are harder to process.

Thanks to NAP (nanoabrasive particles), it is a 2 in 1 product: in fact, it quickly removes scratches and defects from the surface and at the same time gives a deep shine, as only when polishing.

RESIN PRO POLISING INSTRUCTIONS

Polishing is definitely one of the important steps in finishing the resin surface. Although in fact resin catalyzes the inherently glossy surfaces, too high humidity can cause annoying opaque halos to the surface of the work. But don't worry! Thanks to ResinPro poleer paste, you can fine-tune your creation in a simple and fast way without the need for decades of experience in this field. Here are the basic steps you need to take to make the most of this fantastic product.

1 - PREPARATION

To begin with, place the resin surface on soft soil (microfiber cloth or old carpet) to avoid scratching the lower surface caused by the vibration of the eccentric. We also recommend keeping a damp cloth at hand for cleaning between sandpapers.

2 - GRINDING

Grinding begins with the lowest grainy sandpaper and moves towards increasingly fine sandpaper. If it is milled or planed surfaces, then you should start with 80-because sandpaper to at least 1500 sandpapers. When it comes to scratched surfaces, you should start with 1000-because sandpaper (if the polish paste scratches are not taken out). It is very important to keep the polisher in motion at all times and try not to stop in the same place for more than 2-3 seconds. Move evenly and geometrically so that the entire surface is sanded. When you have finished grinding, wipe the surface clean of the residues of grinding with technical spirit after each step of sandpaper. Starting from 1500 sandpapers, it is recommended to use a quick grinder, because then the surface will remain well even

3 – POLISH After going through all the grinds, your work will look pretty good already polished, but not yet perfect. The time has come to stop working by applying the final product of EPOXYPOLISH RESINPRO, which allows you to get a bright and permanent shine. Pour a little EpoxyPolish into a special polish pad and install it on an orbital polisher, and then start, always following a geometric and even movement to apply it to the surface of your work. When the top is polished, remove the excess paste with another pillow or, if you do not have it at hand, with a woolly cloth.
