NextClear: High gloss finish for resins, metal and wood

NextClear is a professional two-part clear lacquer that is ideal for achieving a glossy and durable finish on resins and wood. Its advanced formulation provides excellent chemical and physical properties, ensuring high quality protection.

Main features:

High gloss and high solids finish: NextClear offers excellent gloss and strength thanks to its 2K high solids and high gloss formulation.
Strength and durability: Scratch resistant, resistant to aggressive detergents, UV radiation and yellowing.
Easy application: Available in a spray can with a built-in catalyst that can be activated during use.
Protection and polishing: Ideal for protecting, sanding and polishing non-phosphorescent pigmented resins and wood.

Technical characteristics:

Complete drying: 24 hours.
Coverage per jar: About 1 m².
Application temperature: Ambient temperature above 20 °C, paint temperature 20-25 °C.
Smell: Noticeable at first, but fades with drying.

User manual:

Activation: Remove the red button from the jar cap, turn it upside down and insert the button into the stem at the bottom of the jar. Shake well for a few minutes.
Surface preparation: Lightly sand the surface to improve tack or wait until the resin is visually dry when applied to a freshly resin coated surface.
Overlay: Apply two coats, leaving 2-3 hours between coats. Allow 24 hours to dry completely.
Maintenance and polishing: After about 3 days (at temperatures above 20°C), the surface can be polished with 2000 and 3000 sandpaper, followed by EpoxyPolish for a perfect finish.

Advice:

Ventilation: Work in a well-ventilated area.
Removal: Use acetone or nitro solvent before drying completely.
Recommended for non-phosphorescent pigmented resins, wood and various types of surfaces.
