ICE EPOXY THIN is a two-component epoxy resin kit. The product is UV resistant, has anti-yellowing properties, strong bonding properties, good flowability, fast curing. It can be used for surface coating or light casting in thicknesses from 1,6 mm to 2,5 cm. Its low colour and high viscosity allow epoxy to set quickly and create crystal-clear works, ideal for artistic and hobby applications. This epoxy resin is prepared in such a way that the product remains in the gel state for a short time. ICETHIN has a low volatile organic compound (VOC) content which ensures user safety and reduces environmental impact.

- Casting less than 2,5cm
- Ratio 1A:1B
- UV-resistant
- High viscosity

IMPORTANT REMARKS

- The cost shown is calculated for a flat surface. A porous or imperfect surface will require more material for the same material cost.
- The viscosity shown applies only to a transparent product. The addition of any dye may affect the viscosity.

MANUAL

In a dry, clean container, mix 1 part resin to 1 part hardener. Stir thoroughly along the inside wall of the container and then allow to stand for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the amount of epoxy according to the working time and dose to avoid wastage. If the relative humidity is above 85%, the solidified product surface will easily absorb moisture from the air, forming a white mist. Therefore, if the relative humidity is above 85%, it is not suitable for curing at room temperature. It is recommended to use the heating method for solidification. If it is necessary to cast in a cool room, it must be left in the mould for at least 3 days to cure completely.

CLEANING

Clean all tools with acetone. Once the product has hardened, it can only be removed by sanding. It is recommended to clean immediately after use.

RANGES

ICETHIN should be stored in a dry, shady place at 10-15°C and out of the reach of children. Do not leave the resin or hardener in an open container. It should be used in locations where the humidity is below 60% and the temperature is between 19-23 °C. Use a dehumidifier if necessary. ICETHIN should be used within one year of purchase.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Wash with soap and water if it comes into contact with skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water for at least 15 minutes. Consult a doctor.
