Art Pro Green transparent BIO-sustainable resin

Epoxy reinsicing with a high BIO component content that can be used for coating in the arts sector: an innovative, more ecologically sustainable product that ensures the performance of all traditional epoxy relics. This particular resin was developed by the Resin Pro team to ensure that their customers have maximum respect for the environment without sacrificing the quality of the finished product.

Low exothermic reaction allows you to pour up to 2 cm without the risk of turning yellow or overheating, ensuring an ideally transparent product (but in any case can be painted as desired) and resistance to scratches.

As a result of the collaboration of organic engineering and epoxy resin, the mixture was produced, which is the result of years of long innovative research with at least 40% of biological elements inside.

Choosing Art Pro Green by ResinPro® means the same quality as classic ResinPro products, but with less environmental impact. The chemical derived from biomass conversion significantly reduces the use of petrochemical sources.

Description

Art Pro Green by ResinPro® is made up of 40% renewable materials, such as grain epoxidation processes, protecting our planet and our health!

  • Drying time (125g 25 °) - 4h
  • Deformation (150ml 25 °) - 48h
  • Coverage: 1.3 kg / m2
  • Complete hardening - 6-7 days
  • Hardness: 68-75 Shores

Usage tips

  • For best results, measure two components by weight using a scale with 5% accuracy of the recommended mixture ratio.
  • Always mix the product thoroughly for at least 2 minutes, mix away all surfaces of the container to ensure complete mixing.
  • Try to use the product in a temperature-controlled environment within optimal product specifications.
  • Avoid high humidity or cold ambient temperatures.
  • For optimal gluing, make sure that the surface is dry and free of dirt, debris and oil. Mechanical preparation of the grinding surface is highly recommended.
  • Perform small preliminary tests to fully understand the polymerization properties of resins in your work environment and the compatibility of resins with other materials.
